Navigate with a keyboard
A skip link appears when focused and moves directly to the main content. Navigation links, buttons, and expandable questions have visible focus styles. The mobile menu can be opened with its labeled button and closed with Escape, by choosing a link, or by moving focus outside the header.
Article and guide pages include an “On this page” section with links to their headings. The sticky header is accounted for in anchored navigation so section titles remain visible. Every page also includes a consistent footer with the main topics and contact links.
Control motion
The desktop header includes a pause control for decorative animation. Your browser’s reduced-motion preference is respected across screen sizes. Pausing motion stops the moving wordmark, floating labels, and topic ticker without removing content.
The ticker is decorative; its subjects also appear in static navigation and topic cards. No essential information depends on watching an animation complete.
Read content at different sizes
The layouts adapt from small phone screens to larger displays. Text can reflow, images have explicit dimensions and descriptive alternative text, and primary navigation changes into a mobile menu at smaller widths. Article text uses a constrained reading width and a logical heading structure.
The security checklist includes a print action, and print styles remove decorative navigation and sidebars. The same page remains available as regular text without printing.
Understand the interactive examples
The policy explorer offers three labeled scenario buttons and announces its decision text when a scenario changes. Its examples are fixed and require no personal information. The copy action reports success or provides a selection fallback when clipboard access is unavailable.
Without JavaScript, the example remains readable and the navigation links remain available. The demonstration controls that require scripting are hidden rather than presented as inactive actions.
Report an access problem
Email [email protected] with the page path, browser or device, interaction attempted, and the behavior you encountered. Include assistive technology details when they help explain the issue. Do not include credentials or private records.
This page describes design provisions and tested behavior, not a claim of formal accessibility certification. Feedback helps identify issues that automated checks and the tested device configurations do not cover.
